Product directory

3,177 products, one code.

Everything below is pulled live from each store’s own catalog — a product added to any Apex store tomorrow shows up here on its own. You do not have to pick a store or apply per product: your one code earns on the whole list, and on everything that is not shown here too.

Digital products pay a percentage of the sale price, so the dollars you earn are exact. Physical products pay a percentage of the real margin after cost and payment fees — that is why no dollar figure is shown against them here.

Apex Digital

Digital goods — you earn 15%–25% of the sale price, rising with your tier. Commission clears after the store’s 30-day return window.

In plain language

What the Apex Affiliate program actually is

The Apex Affiliate program pays you a percentage of every sale your link drives across 5 Apex Flow stores — digital products, books, beauty, health and pet gear. You start at 30% on Apex Pass and 15% on everything else, and both rates climb to as much as 45% as your lifetime sales grow. It is free, there is no approval queue, and one code covers every store.

How it works, start to finish

  1. 1.Give an email. Your code is created immediately and is live for attribution at once.
  2. 2.Put your link anywhere — a post, a bio, a video description, an email.
  3. 3.Someone clicks. Their visit is attributed to you for at least the next 30 days.
  4. 4.They buy anything, from any paying store. The sale is matched on your code.
  5. 5.The commission is recorded as Pending while the return window on that sale runs.
  6. 6.It becomes Approved when the window closes and joins your running balance.
  7. 7.Once the balance clears $50 it is batched for payout.

Who it suits, and who it does not

Good fit: creators, newsletter writers, review channels, community owners and performance marketers who already talk to an audience that buys digital products, self-improvement books, skincare, recovery gear or pet gear.

Poor fit: anyone looking for guaranteed income, anyone who would rather not disclose an affiliate relationship, and anyone planning to drive traffic through spam or misleading claims. Earnings depend entirely on performance, and there is no floor.

The right-hand column describes what is common across affiliate programs generally. It is not a claim about any named competitor, and nothing on this page is a guarantee of what you will earn — that depends entirely on what your audience buys.

The affiliate encyclopedia

26 questions, answered properly

Both halves of this list are here on purpose — the formal wording people search with, and the blunt wording people actually ask in. The last few go beyond this specific program into affiliate marketing as a subject: what it is, how tracking works, and what people get wrong before they start.

What is the Apex Flow Labs affiliate commission rate?

You earn 30% on Apex Pass and 15% on every other product from the day you join, rising to 45% and 25% at the top tier. 45% is the ceiling of the program, not an introductory rate — the ladder is driven by the total value of the sales your link has driven, and it never resets.

How are the affiliate tiers calculated?

By lifetime attributed sales — the total value of everything bought through your link since you joined. Starter starts at $0, Silver at $1,000, Gold at $5,000, Platinum at $20,000. It is a running total, not a monthly target, so you can never drop back down, and once you cross a threshold the better rate applies to every sale after it.

Which Apex Flow stores pay affiliate commission?

5 of them: Apex Digital, Apex Publishing, Apex Flow Beauty, Apex Flow Health and Apex Flow Pets. Spiker Carpet & Tile Care is permanently excluded from the program — it is a local home-services business, and it will never be added.

How is commission calculated on physical products?

On net margin, not on the sticker price. For Beauty, Health and Pets the commission is a percentage of what is left after the product cost and payment processing, which is what lets Apex offer the same rate on a thin-margin item as on a fat one instead of excluding it from the program. Digital products — courses, books, templates, Apex Pass — have no per-unit cost, so there the percentage is taken straight off the sale price.

What is the cookie or attribution window?

Your link is remembered for at least 30 days after someone clicks it. They do not have to buy in that first visit, and they do not have to buy the thing you linked to — the sale is matched on your code, not on the page they landed on.

When does a commission become payable?

After the store's 30-day return window closes on that sale. Until then it shows as Pending. For physical goods the 30 days start at delivery rather than at checkout, plus a short buffer for return shipping and refund processing, because a customer cannot start a return on something that has not arrived.

Is there a minimum payout threshold?

$50. Approved commission accumulates as a running balance and is batched for payout once it clears that. The payout method itself is arranged with the team — add one when you sign up, or get in touch once you have your first commission.

Does it cost anything to join the Apex affiliate program?

No. It is free, there is no application fee, no minimum audience, and no ceiling on what you can earn or how many people you can refer.

How much do I actually make on one sale?

Take the rate for your tier and apply it. At 15% a $50 digital product pays you $7.50; at the top tier the same sale pays $12.50. Apex Pass is the one that pays most — 30% to start, 45% at the top — because it is the product that unlocks the whole ecosystem.

Do I get paid if they buy something completely different?

Yes, and this is the part most people miss. Your code is not tied to a product or a store. Send someone to read a book and earn if they buy skincare instead — every Apex brand and all 5 paying stores run on the one code.

How long before I actually see the money?

A sale is recorded the moment it happens and shows as Pending. It becomes Approved once the 30-day return window on that sale closes, and joins your balance then. Once your balance passes $50 it is batched for payout. Nothing is hidden in between.

What happens if someone returns what they bought?

The commission on that sale is reversed. If it had not been paid out yet, it simply comes off your pending balance. If it had already been paid to you, it is recovered from your next payout instead — Apex never tries to charge you back for money already sent.

Do I need an audience or a following to join?

No. There is no follower minimum, no traffic requirement and no application review. You give an email, your code is created immediately, and it is live for attribution the second it appears on screen.

Is there an approval process, or can I start today?

You can start today. There is no queue and nobody has to approve you — the account is created active. If you sign up twice with the same email you get the same code back rather than a second one.

What does my link look like?

A normal store URL with your code on the end, like ?ref=APEX-XXXXXX. You can put it anywhere a link goes — a video description, a bio, an email, a post. Anyone who follows it is attributed to you.

Do I earn again when someone renews their subscription?

Not currently. Commission is recorded on the purchase itself; renewals are not paid as recurring commission today. Apex Pass pays the highest rate in the program on the initial sale, which is the real advantage — anything beyond that would be describing something that is not built.

Can I promote Spiker Carpet & Tile Care?

No. Spiker is permanently outside the affiliate program and no commission is paid on it under any circumstances. Everything else in the ecosystem is fair game.

How many products can I actually promote?

3,177 across the 5 paying stores as of the last refresh, and the directory on this page updates itself from each store's own catalog — so anything added tomorrow is already yours to promote without you doing anything.

Can I lose my tier if I have a slow month?

No. Tier is a lifetime total, so a quiet month costs you nothing. Once you have reached Silver or Gold, that rate is yours from then on.

Do I have to tell people the link is an affiliate link?

Yes. Disclosing an affiliate relationship is required by law in most places and by the rules of nearly every platform you would post on. It also converts better than hiding it. Say it plainly and say it near the link.

What is affiliate marketing, in plain terms?

A way of getting paid a percentage of a sale for sending the buyer there. A business gives you a trackable link; when someone follows it and buys, the business pays you a cut instead of spending that money on an ad. You never handle the product, the payment, or customer service — the merchant does all of that, same as they would for anyone who found them another way.

What does it actually mean to be an affiliate, day to day?

Mostly it means making or sharing content — a review, a recommendation, a post, a video — and putting your tracked link where people can act on it. There is no inventory, no shipping, no invoicing. The recurring work is picking what to talk about, saying something genuine about it, and checking a dashboard to see what converted so you can do more of what worked.

How does affiliate tracking actually work?

Your link carries a code. When someone clicks it, that code is stored (commonly in a cookie or similar browser storage) so the merchant can recognize that visitor as "yours" if they buy — even if the purchase happens a few days later rather than in that same visit. When checkout completes, the system matches the stored code back to your account and records the commission. No code, no match, no credit.

What do people usually get wrong before they start?

Three things, most often: that it requires a huge following (it does not — a small, trusting audience converts better than a big indifferent one); that the money is passive from day one (the content work is real work, even if the payout logic is automated); and that every program pays the same way (rates, cookie windows, and what counts as a "sale" vary widely program to program, so the terms are worth actually reading).

How does affiliate income compare to other ways of earning online?

It sits between advertising and running your own store. Compared to display ads, it usually pays more per engaged reader but requires an actual recommendation, not just traffic. Compared to selling your own product, there is no inventory, fulfillment, or refund handling on your side — and, in exchange, you keep a percentage rather than the whole sale. It is performance-based either way: nothing is earned until someone else actually buys.

Are affiliate earnings taxable?

In most places, yes — commission income is generally treated as income like any other, and keeping your own records of what you were paid and when is a good habit regardless of platform. This is general education, not tax advice specific to your situation or country; a real accountant or tax authority is the right source for how it applies to you.

Top rank is 45% on Apex Pass and 25% on everything else. Every rate on this page is read directly from the commission engine that runs when a sale completes, so it cannot drift from what you are actually paid.
